As wine sales open up again this week, we could find no better way to celebrate than with the launch of our new Reserve Aquitaine Magnum. With only 500 bottles produced of this award-winning wine, the timing of this release was perfect.
The 2019 vintage of our Reserve Aquitaine was exceptional, and so the winemaker selected a handful of the best barrels for the 1.5L magnum. These magnums capture the essence of the Aquitaine blend and uphold the quality and stature that has been associated with our Bordeaux-style blend.
The wine is best described as being bright in personality and soft in its embrace. Made up of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Petit Verdot and 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine carries traditional, yet unique characteristics of a Bordeaux-style blend.
While the wine is abundant in fruit and vibrancy, there is also a much-needed serious tone, after spending 18 months in French Oak Barrels. Consequently, the wine is complex and structured and not to be missed. So order your bottle of Limited Release 2019 Aquitaine and experience one of our best!
