This Pinot Noir has a bright shade of cherry red and an almost translucent appearance. The ripe strawberry and crushed raspberry aromas on the nose are balanced by mellow earthy tones. The palate shows subtle red berry flavours with hints of oak spice and cinnamon. The aftertaste shows great finesse with soft tannins and a silky smooth finish.
This Pinot Noir is an extremely versatile wine. It is light enough for seared salmon, but also complex enough for pan-roasted duck. Try pairing it with a mushroom risotto, creamy seafood ravioli or a white pizza - topped with fresh herbs. It’s only fitting that the wine that goes with everything matches perfectly with the cheese that goes with everything: the best cheese to pair this with is Gruyere.
