Delivery and Frequently Asked Questions

Rosendal Wines are exclusively available via our online store and our professional wine consultants. To make your Rosendal experience special, all wine is conveniently delivered to your door.

As an added benefit to our online customers, we now offer free delivery for all online orders of Rosendal Wine purchases over R2500 to any address in South Africa.
Namibian deliveries will be quoted upon purchase. Shipping fees and/or discounts will be automatically added during the check-out process.

When will my wine be delivered?  
We deliver from Monday to Thursday. For main centres, delivery times may be up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. For outlying areas, delivery may take up to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Although we do everything we can to deliver on time, external factors may influence these times.
What time will my wine arrive?
We deliver between 08h00 and 17h00. If you have special instructions to deliver on a specific day of the week or have an exact time that you need your order delivered, please specify so during online check-out or confirm with your wine merchant.  
What are the delivery fees?
Via Call Centre:
New clients enjoy free delivery on their first order of more than R2500.00.
Tasting Room subscribers NEVER PAY a delivery fee (to any address in South Africa) while their membership is active.
All other purchases (unless stated in a promotion) includes a delivery fee of minimum R149.00 for the 12 bottles. Your consultant will quote any additional fees for higher volumes.
Namibian deliveries will be quoted upon purchase. 
Via Online Store: 

All South African deliveries enjoy FREE DELIVERY for orders over R2500 placed and paid via our online store.

Namibian deliveries will be quoted upon purchase.  


We are confident in the quality of our exceptional wines. But in the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund your wine order. 
How to make an exchange or get a refund:
Please contact us on 021 424 4498 or for us to make the relevant arrangements. Remember to include your name and order number.
Please note that the banks can take up to 7 working days to process a transfer of funds. This is unfortunately beyond our control.


Merchant payment options:
Our telephonic consultation services offer “over the phone” credit card purchases and EFT payments. Unfortunately, no debit cards can be accepted at this stage. We will update all customers as soon as this functionality becomes available.
Online payment options:
Our online wine store offers 3d secure card payments via PayFast. It can accept debit and credit cards. We also offer EFT / Bank Deposit and SnapScan options. Just follow the process during check-out to make your selection.

Can I pay on delivery?
Sadly, this is not an option yet. An order must be paid for in full before it will be processed and sent out from our warehouse.


How to redeem vouchers?
Have you received voucher communication? Well, it's easy! Simply enter your voucher code at checkout, below the product summary. Please ensure that any conditions attached to the voucher are met, such as minimum order value or a number of items. Please note that only 1 voucher can be redeemed per order.
Can I buy a gift voucher?

How do I cancel my order?
If you have already paid for your order and have not yet received notification that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, contact us at or call us at 021 424 4498.
We will arrange for your order to be cancelled and refunded in full. Please note that the banks can take up to 7 working days to process a transfer of funds. This is unfortunately beyond our control.
