We Want You: Wine Sales Consultant


Rosendal Wines is a boutique winery with it's head office in the heart of the Mother City. We craft consistent, award-winning wines that are only available to our private clientele and their referrals.

This luxury brand is in the process of improving its sales ability and increasing its footprint. If you are target driven with a social personality (and love chatting to folk on the phone), we want to meet you! (Of-course we'd also like you to love great wine too!)

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our growing team of Wine Merchants in our Call Centre based in Cape Town CBD.  Successful candidates capable of building a database of loyal customers can expect to earn up to R300 000 per year. (Basic salary, Tier bonus, Incentive and commission)

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities 

•Wine sales
•Build and maintain a customer database
•Generate and qualify leads
•Source and develop client referrals
•Make sales calls to new and existing clients
•Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
•Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organisational goals

    Prior wine sales and Salesforce knowledge will be an advantage.
