100% Cabernet Sauvignon - This Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested from Stellenbosch.  A fine yet powerfully structured palate that fills the mouth with richness while balancing the fruit beautifully, progressing into a complex finish.  Powerful aromas of cassis and blackberry fruits dominate the nose, accompanied by nuances of cedar spice and cocoa dust.  Enjoy with steak and bearnaise sauce, slow-braised beef short rib or a hearty oxtail stew.
