Rosendal Reserve Blue Mountain 2021

 An elegant blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot sourced from three different vineyards, at a single location in Stellenbosch on the foothills of the Simonsberg mountain.

The three varietals were fermented separately in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 10 days.  Once fermented, the cultivars were matured separately for 18 months in a combination of 1^st to 5^th fill French oak barrels.

The final blend has a dark crimson core with oaked spice and perfumed sage on the nose.

A perfectly rounded red blend with plush black cherry lingers on the palate.

57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 18% Petit Verdot
